TENANT REFERRAL PROGRAM

BDA Oasis Apartments & Management are pleased to offer all of our current tenants a referral fee for any referral of a new qualified tenant that results in a signed lease of one of our available Units!

If you know someone who is looking for a place to rent, please refer us. If they do decide to apply, make sure that they mention your name in their application, this is the only way we will know who referred them. In return, you will receive $100* cash!

To qualify for the referral fee, you must meet the following criteria:

1. Current resident(s) must be residing at 5309 Agnes Ave. Managed by BDA Oasis Apartments, LLC and be listed on the lease agreement.
2. Current resident(s) must also be up to date on all rent and other charges, including the delinquent amount owed.
3. Current resident(s) must not have given a 30-day notice to move out.
4. The new applicant(s) must qualify and meet BDA Oasis Apartments, LLC rental requirement. New applicant(s) must also sign a minimum 1 (one) year lease agreement along with all required documentation and addendums. 
5. Once new applicant(s) is approved and has moved into the rental property as tenant(s), the tenant(s) must reside at the premises for a minimum of 60 (sixty) days and pay all rent and other charges on time and be in good standing.

*The $100 fee will only be given for 1 (one) person per unit. If you refer more than 1 (one) person, but they all rent the same unit together, you will only receive $100 for that unit being rented. If you refer more than 1 (one) person and they rent different units/properties, then you will receive $100 for each individual unit rented.
